Title:AI-SUPPORTED SCHOOL BRAIN CENTER (SBC) MODEL (in Azerbaijani)
Volume:7
Issue:1
Abstract:

This article presents an AI-supported School Brain Center (SBC) model, designed to strengthen the public and participatory component of school governance through project-based and consensus-oriented decision-making mechanisms. The model is grounded in the MAPA-Project (Method for Applied Planning and Assessment) methodology and ensures the systematic involvement of four key school communities: students, teachers, parents, and other community representatives.

The study explains how artificial intelligence can be integrated into specific stages of the MAPA-Project process without assuming decision-making authority. Instead, AI functions as an analytical, structuring, and monitoring tool that enhances collective reasoning, reduces technical workload, and improves transparency. The proposed model positions the school not merely as an executor of administrative decisions, but as a collaborative platform for collective intelligence and socially legitimate project development.
