Title:PECULIARITIES OF ANXIETY DISORDERS IN ADOLESCENCE (in Azerbaijani)
Volume:6
Issue:4
Abstract:

Anxiety disorder is a condition in which a teenager feels anxious. Failure to intervene in these disorders in a timely manner can seriously affect the mental and physical health of the teenager. Untreated anxiety disorder can lead to a decrease in the quality of education at school and the formation of an aggressive attitude towards parents and people close to them. Such teenagers are often tired, their communication circles are weak. A state of anxiety that lasts for a long time can also lead to the emergence of other disorders (such as depression, eating disorders, and conduct disorders). Anxiety disorders in adolescents can be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, brain chemistry, personality traits, negative traumatic events, and family dynamics. Sometimes it happens that the exact cause of anxiety disorders cannot be determined. In some cases, the cause remains unknown. Studies conducted on twins show that sometimes the tendency to anxiety disorders is hereditary. This may be due to differences in humoral regulation and nervous system activity. In certain circumstances, anxiety is considered a normal reaction of the body and may also depend on the motives of a certain action. Anxiety is always directed towards the future and manifests itself as a fear of what may happen. Emotional disorders arise from the inability of adolescents to understand their own needs, which can sometimes cause them to lose their critical thinking.

Sometimes, mental disorders found in parents, drug and alcohol addiction, and gambling addiction can lead to the development of anxiety disorders.

Therefore, timely and correct intervention plays an important role in preventing the problem.mistry, personality traits, negative traumatic events, and family dynamics.
