Abstract:

Mobbing is a systematic behavior and action that is defined as unethical, hostile behaviors for the purpose of pressure and intimidation, which are systematically directed by one or more people against one or more people in communication that releases a negative and negative energy to the business environment. In addition to adversely affecting work efficiency in individuals exposed to such behaviors, it can result in a series of traumatic situations, material and moral damages. The people who practice mobbing without being suspended from their whereabouts are one of the reasons for the formation of an intolerant society in the form of a chain of effects such as unhappy and unhealthy people, positive communication against their family and their environment, sprains on negative communication.

The purpose of this article is; to present a summary of the subject by making a literature review about mobbing - psychological harassment in the workplace. Data: "Psychological Harassment"; The keywords including "Mobbing" and "Psychological Violence" were collected by making a literature review over the thesis and article. And as a result of the literature review, it has been determined that the rate of mobbing has increased especially in the health sector in recent years. Within the healthcare team, it was observed that nurses were exposed to psychological harassment the most.
