Abstract
The great victory achieved in the Second Karabakh War not only increased Azerbaijan's opportunities for geopolitical influence in the region, but also created a serious basis for enhancing the role of soft power potential in projecting its national power. Having become the leading country in the South Caucasus, Azerbaijan has made significant progress in the global power index. The article examines the natural potential of the territories liberated from occupation, the rich potential of the country's green energy, the intensification of multi-vector foreign policy and active diplomacy, the transformation of Turkish identity into a geostrategic vector and the rise of organizational potential, the Zangezur Corridor - its connection with military-political and geo-economic processes is justified.
